LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ — Social Reality, Inc. (OTCQB: SCRI), an automated digital platform technology and social management software company for Internet advertising, announced today the addition of Martin A. Sumichrast to its board of directors.

Mr. Sumichrast brings over 25 years of experience in investing and providing business advisory services to corporations in the United States, Europe and Asia. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Level Brands, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based merchant banking operation. Level Brands and its affiliate funds are one Social Reality’s largest investors. He also serves as Managing Director of Washington Capital, LLC, a family owned office. Mr. Sumichrast serves as a Trustee and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committees, of the Babson Capital Growth Short Duration High Yield Fund, Inc. and the Babson Capital Funds Trust, an open-end investment company advised by Babson Capital Management, LLC, a global asset manager with over $200 billion in assets under management. Mr. Sumichrast is also a member of the Board of Directors of Kure Corp, a vapor brand that specializes in the distribution of vaporizing pens, e-Juices and related accessories. Charlotte kicks off 2013 – 49ers Football Season

charlotte 49Martin Sumichrast comments that “Starting a new NCAA Division 1 football problem must be a very challenging endeavor.” The Charlotte 49ers will kick-off their inaugural season in about two weeks. While Martin’s pretty sure they will face a tough start, he thinks the Charlotte region produces some very impressive athletic talent, especially just South, in Rock Hill, SC. This should bode well for the 49ers as they build their program and draw from this impressive talent pool.

Martin Sumichrast | Memorial Day Tribute

Memorial Day weekend always signalled the start of summer when I was a young boy. Unlike today, when school seems to go a few weeks past Memorial Day, our last day was always the Friday before. I still remember those Fridays before the long weekend. My parents owned a small condo in Bethany Beach, Delaware (it was 209S, Dover House in Sea Colony for those of you familiar with the place). We would all take turns loading up our car, voices of my brothers gathering last minute things, and hearing my parents hustling us along to leave for our summer road trip to our condo rests fondly in my memories as I do the same with my family today.
